There is a shared kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher as well as a small TV/living room and an outside patio area with seating and a view of the sunrise. You’ll only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person so it’s almost always free, and you’d be sharing the flat with two girls in their 20s 😊

The flat is located in a quiet, safe area full of families and parks and is well connected. It’s right between Honor Oak Park (12 minute walk) and Brockley (15 minute walk) Overground stations, and is a 2 minute walk from Crofton Park station. The 172 bus to Aldwych also stops just outside the flat and takes you right into Covent Garden in 50 minutes ✨

The area is lovely and surrounded by a lot of green space, including Hilly Fields as well as Brockley, Ladywell and Nunhead cemeteries. There is a Co-op a minute from the flat as well as a Sainsbury’s at each of the Overground stations, plus heaps of cool cafes, pubs and Brockley’s Rock (best fish and chips in London) on our road.
