Comfortable cabin with own kitchenette & shower

This cabin sits at the bottom of the garden, not overlooked by the back of the house. It's very well insulated, feels like you're in the countryside as the garden is like a little woodland.

You have access into the side passage to get straight to the cabin. From the side passage you have a door into your kitchenette plus private shower room and toilet.

The cabin is well insulated with an oil filled radiator with in-built timer that warms the room up fast. It has a comfy single bed, Ikea Poang armchair, a table and folding chair and a decent size wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The kitchenette comes with a microwave and an induction hob, a proper fridge/freezer (not an ice box), cutlery, crockery, saucepans, kettle and toaster. There is storage space for food too.

Hilly Fields is right outside the house. Excellent links to several stations - Brockley, Lewisham, St Johns (zone 2) Ladywell and Crofton Park. The 484 bus stops outside the door.

Brockley has a vibrant community feel, a Saturday farmers market and lots of cafés and restaurants within a short walk.
