Single bedroom available from 22 January 2025

I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room.

You’ll sign the bill with the landlord and pay the rent monthly. The current contract is till 13 September 2025, afterwards you can choose to continue or not.

This is a 3-bedroom 1 bathroom house. Bathroom and toilet are separate. There’s a very large sharing living room & a spacious kitchen. Also, you can share a large wardrobe with the tenant of the small bedroom.

The room was half-furnished. I bought some other furnitures and can sell them to you at a very low price if needed.

Very quiet and nice environment , 1 min walk to the nearest bus stop, 7 min walk to Brockley station & costcutter, 17 min walk to New Cross Gate station & Goldsmith university & Sainsbury, Tkmaxx, etc.

Bills not included. The bill is usually between £140-180 per month (altogether including gas& electricity, water, Wi-Fi, council tax) depending on the seasonal variations

If you’re a student, we hope you can share the council tax with other flatmates.
