Small double in quiet, leafy Brockley

I’m looking for a flatmate to share this lovely, quiet flat in Brockley, just 8 minutes to St John’s station and 10 minutes to Brockley station, so getting around is super easy and close to lots of green spaces like Hilly Fields, Ladywell Cemetery, and Ladywell Fields. The shared areas are all fully furnished, while the bedroom is unfurnished. The kitchen has a washing machine and a dishwasher and we have high-speed internet. Bills come in at about £150 a month each.

I work regular hours so the evening is pretty chilled- good chats, humour, and relaxing. I’m up for cooking together, sharing a glass of wine or a G&T, or watching a film or show. I enjoy meeting new people and socialising, but I’m more of a pub or wine-at-home type than someone who’s out partying every weekend.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and polite housemate who loves cats—my two cats live here and enjoy the big shared garden. The neighbours are all really nice and respectful, so it’s a pretty chill environment. If you're after a tidy, easygoing home this could be it!
