Gets a fair amount of sun from about 11am-6pm (presuming it is out obviously), There's Now TV fibre broadband that has never let the tenants down.

The previous other tenant lived here for 1 year, and left to care for his father in Italy, so the room is available for this reason.

Flat has all the normal things you'd probably expect from a flat: bathroom, kitchen with the usual appliances Miele washing machine, Bosch dishwasher and a storage room which houses various useful things (like tools and cleaning equipment).

There are good transport connections immediately outside the property, St Johns and Brockley station within 10 mins walk, the bus stop for 21/321/136/436 5 mins away. The 171/172 is also very close. A walk to Lewisham/New Cross also gets you direct to Charing Cross.

The flat would be best suited to someone that considers themselves mature; consciously aware of social space, understanding of cleaning communal places and respectable of others belongings. And like most shares, this cannot be iterated enough.

The room is not a couple's sharing affair, but there is obviously no reason why partners/friends/parents(?) cannot visit and stay a few days etc. However, the offer will be revoked if a couple attempt to circumvent this.

Rent is £750 pcm all bills included, payable on the 1st of every month.
