The flat would be best suited to someone that considers themselves mature; consciously aware of social space, understanding of cleaning communal places and respectable of others belongings. And like most shares, this cannot be iterated enough.
The room is not a couple's sharing affair, but there is obviously no reason why partners/friends/parents(?) cannot visit and stay a few days etc. However, the offer will be revoked if a couple attempt to circumvent this.
