My preference is for a professional lodger who is tidy and friendly. .

The room is furnished with a double bed with comfortable new mattress, desk and chair , wardrobe, chests of drawers. Shared bathroom upstairs with bath/shower./ toilet Open plan living room/kitchen/ dining area downstairs. Kitchen has electric oven with gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave. Downstairs toilet/laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Honor Oak Park Station is 15 minutes walk away for connections to Canada Water and East London.. Catford Bridge/Catford/Crofton Park Stations less than 10 minutes walk for direct trains to London Bridge, Waterloo and Blackfriars.

Large garden, and several nearby parks: Ladywell Fields (2 minute walk), Blythe Hill (5 minute walk), Hilly Fields (15 minute walk). Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars are all nearby.

To share with one other lodger and live-in landlord (who is there part of the week).
