2 Spacious Double Rooms HonorOak 4-6 months

I am looking for a lodger for 2 light, spacious double rooms with use of kitchen sitting room and large garden. Easy connections to London Bridge/ Waterloo, East London, Central London and Lewisham for DLR and The City.
There are currently 2 rooms available for 4-6 months so could be for one lodger for one room or 2 friends/ sharers applying together.

My preference is for a professional lodger who is tidy and friendly.

The rooms are furnished with a double bed with comfortable new mattress, desk and chair , wardrobe, chests of drawers. Shared bathroom upstairs with bath/shower./ toilet Open plan living room/kitchen/ dining area downstairs. Kitchen has electric oven with gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave. Downstairs toilet/laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Honor Oak Park Station is 15 minutes walk away for connections to Canada Water and East London.. Catford Bridge/Catford/Crofton Park Stations less than 10 minutes walk for direct trains to London Bridge, Waterloo and Blackfriars.

Large garden, and several nearby parks: Ladywell Fields (2 minute walk), Blythe Hill (5 minute walk), Hilly Fields (15 minute walk). Shops, cafes, restaurants, bars are all nearby.

To share with one other lodger and live-in landlord (I am only there part of the week). I work as a therapist and spend part of the week in Brighton. I am friendly, respectful and open minded. I am usually quite busy with work when in London.
