The flat is in a great location, with some awesome parks, excellent pubs and shops all in walking distance.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, (42 YO M. Product designer and animator working between home and the west end.) I love movies, cinema, travel, live music, gigs, festivals, fitness, art / design and I never stop talking about food!

I'm clean, friendly, sociable and get on really well with my neighbours. Ideally looking for someone similar who enjoys their own space, but likes to hang out and have a wine/beer or a movie night as well.

Rent is £750pm + bills which are in the region of £155. 1 month rent deposit + references.
