The flat is in a great location, with some awesome parks, excellent pubs and shops all in walking distance.
You'll be sharing the flat with me, (42 YO M. Product designer and animator working between home and the west end.) I love movies, cinema, travel, live music, gigs, festivals, fitness, art / design.
I'm clean, friendly, sociable and get on well with my neighbours. I'm respectful of space and enjoy my down time, but also social and happy to hang out, have a movie night, make dinner, or have a drink at the weekend.
Rent is £750pm + bills which are in the region of £155. 1 month rent deposit + references.
