Cosy double room available in Brockley/New Cross

I’m subletting my fully furnished double room while I’m away travelling in March. Ideally I’m looking for someone from February 28 to March 24, but I’m open to discussing dates if that's a deal-breaker.

Room details:
Fully-furnished bedroom with a cosy bed, wardrobe, and desk. The flat is a lovely Victorian house and tidy and functional kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Situated between Brockley, New Cross, and Deptford, taking 10 to 15 minutes to reach the nearest overground stations. Plenty of shops, green spaces, cafes, and pubs nearby.

Current flatmate:
You’ll be sharing with Max (M, 27), who works for a charity. We’re looking for someone respectful and easygoing to take my place while I’m away.
