Available March 15, but can move in any time until 9 April.

You would be taking over my tenancy until May 10, at which point you can renew for another 12-month fixed-term tenancy.

BILLS: about £114 per person per month

Total rent + bills: about £814 pcm
There is a deposit - will need to confirm the amount with agency but will be about 1 month of rent.

THE HOUSE: Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom, all located on the ground floor. We also have access to a lovely garden that gets the sun all day (will be wonderful for summer!) that we share with the basement flat. Never had any issues with neighbours.

LOCATION: At the bottom of a residential street in Brockley, a two-minute walk from Brockley station which is served by the national rail and Overground (Windrush line).
Three-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, with buses going directly to Aldwych, Waterloo, Elephant & Castle, etc.
Plenty of shops and restaurants around.
FLATMATES: I will be leaving, so you will be moving in with two friendly people, 1 male and 1 female, both 25 years old.
