Bright and spacious flat in Brockley

Hello!

I'm looking for a new housemate to share this wonderful 2 bed flat in Brockley with me come May 1st. It's such a gem! The whole place got a revamp last year, so everything is fresh, modern and clean. Plus, we have a lovely private landlord who's super reliable should anything crop up.

The flat:
- Our large living room is south-facing and stays bright throughout the day.
- The garden has a patio table and chairs, which makes it a great place to hang out in the summer.
- The bedrooms are at separate ends of the flat so you don't have to worry too much about noise or disturbing the other person.

Location:
- Really easy to get to Brockley station, Crofton Park station and Ladywell station.
- There's also a bus stop with a couple major routes at the end of the road.
- So many parks! Hilly Fields is just around the corner and Telegraph Hill is a short stroll.
- Great pubs, restaurants and cafes in a 5 min radius: Malaysian Deli, Chaska Maska, Joyce and Browns of Brockley are some favs of mine.

About me:
My name is Emma and I'm a 26 yo creative. I've been living in Brockley since 2019 - it's such a special corner of London in my opinion! I travel a lot for work, and neither my family nor my partner live in the UK - so all in all, you'll get the flat to yourself for nice stretches of time and pretty regularly.
When I am at home, I'm an easy and respectful housemate. I love a catch up over a cuppa, but I also like doing my own thing, and it would be wonderful to live with someone who has a similar rhythm.

Bills are not included and come to about £100 a month.
