Double Room available for rent

I have a lovely double room to rent from late November/mid-December. There is some flexibility on the move-in date, so if you think you'd be a good fit but are available later than this, please still get it touch!

The room has a double bed and lots of storage, with a triple wardrobe and large chest of drawers. It's at the top of the flat and very quiet.

It’s a spacious split level flat, you would share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with one other female tenant. The flat is in a great location, with Hilly Fields at the end of the street and you can walk to Brockley or Crofton Park in 8-10 minutes as well as Ladywell in 10-12. There are loads of lovely independent bars and restaurants nearby too.

I'm renting out the room for 1-1.5 years and would like to find someone clean, tidy, and considerate. You'd be sharing with Alex who has lived here since August. She is lovely, has recently moved from Australia, and I'd like to find someone who will also keep the flat as a home and a nice place to live. She would prefer to share with another female tenant around the same age (mid-30s), someone friendly but not looking for a party flat.

The rent is £850 plus bills which come to around £150 each (slightly less in summer, can be just over in winter). If interested, please send a message with a little about yourself and what you're looking for. I'm planning on doing viewings from 3rd November.
