Current flatmates are working creatives with keen interest in film, TV and art. The shared living room is often used for film screenings so we are ideally looking for a working professional who enjoys films and is social, although this isn't a necessity.
Requirements:
- Must be considerate of others and communal space kept clean within reason.
- Overly loud noises should be kept to a minimum during unsociable hours to be mindful of our downstairs neighbours.
- No smoking in the flat. There is no garden so the front of the flat is used for smoking.
- Bank statements will need to be provided to the landlord as proof of income followed by 5 weeks rent for the deposit.
