Leaving my huge room in Brockley to downsize and live with a mate in a different side of London.
Have absolutely loved living in SE4, within a couple mins walk from the overground, cute coffee shops and shops / bus stops and walk from Hilly Field and Telegraph Hill, it’s the ideal location in Brockley!!
Our rent date is the 3rd of the month, so would be looking to have referencing done for then and but personally be looking to move over the Easter break so would be available to move in from the 19/20th - we could speak about it!
I would ideally like someone who is reference ready (it would be just a name change which incurs a £50 fee via Dexters who manage the property)!
My other housemate Gabriel (30) is also moving at the end of April so his room will be free - so 2 people could sign on at the same time for contract starting 3rd May.
We’re open to looking for 2 friends or individuals, we wanted to co-list to give the opportunity for anyone looking together incase!
It’s a mixed household in ethnicity / gender /age and everyone is really chill, looking for someone who will do their part in a shared house in terms of chores and looking to make the place their own!
We’re not really a party household, but everyone is chill with having however many mates over!
The current tenancy agreement is secure until August 2026.
