Room for rent in cosy house in Brockley/Nunhead

As I am moving back to Norway to write my dissertation, I am renting out my room in August. The room is in a 5-bedroom house located in Brockley/Nunhead, with Telegraph Hill and Hilly Fields close by. It has two full bathrooms, a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a back garden. The house is fully furnished, and the room has a 120cm bed, a closet and a desk.

All amenities are included (heating, water, internet). Weekly cleaning and monthly gardening services are also included. Council Tax is not included as it is a student-only let.

You would be sharing the house with three wonderful housemates: Tessa, Alice, and Carmen, from the US, US/France and Mexico. All of them are students at Goldsmith's studying Fine Arts, anthropology and community arts. You will often find them in the living room sharing a good meal, crocheting or watching a movie. Otherwise, they are out and about at some park, concert, or art exhibition.
