Lovely newly renovated home looking for a new house mate. Looking for someone ideally in their late twenties to late thirties who is fun but also chill and will help take care of the house.

The room is a large double-room with your own private ensuite bathroom (toilet/shower). The room is furnished with a double bed with underbed storage, large desk, a very large 4-door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a 6-drawer chest of drawers. The rent of £925 includes all utility bills including Virgin Media broadband. The only thing not included is council tax which we split equally (approx £45 per month).

You'd be joining a fun and friendly house of working professionals (1 male and 1 female). Kyle is currently a bar manager and graphic designer. Kate is a sports teacher working at a local school.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms (the 4th bedroom is left spare which the house uses for an office or a guest bedroom) in a private gated mews and comes with a good sized garden.

We also have an attic providing plenty of storage. For those with a car, we have a parking space in front of the house within the gated mews. No one else has a car so the parking space would mostly be yours!

The house is well energy insulated due to a whole bottom floor renovation 2 years ago - includes efficient underfloor heating throughout the bottom floor as well as a brand new boiler.
