Looking for someone to take this fully furnished room in a POC & queer-friendly 6-bed in Brockley
The house is a 3 min walk to the Overground Station (Windrush Line).

Bills: £75, inc. council tax (Band E) if applicable

House details: access to shared office, two bathrooms (bathtub upstairs, shower downstairs), has a living room and dining area, room is upstairs, house is generally quiet and the vibe is very chill but guests and friends are more than welcome.

My room comes furnished with a chest of drawers, and built-in clothes storage, laundry basket, desk, and bed (although the one currently in the room is my own).*

Location: it's a really easy, 3-minute walk to Brockley Station (Overground, Windrush Line), and is really well connected with buses, with local coffee shops and and small supermarkets. It's also a short walk from walk from Hilly Fields and Telegraph Hill (and Ladywell and Brockley Cemetery, if you like them).

Housemates: a mixed household of five professionals and one postgraduate student aged between 24 and 27; many are creatives and politically engaged, a few work from home on occasion. The house is open to people of any age, gender, or ethnicity.
