Looking for someone to join me in my beautifully renovated 2-bed house in the heart of Crofton Park (SE4). It’s a 6-minute walk to Crofton Park Station and 12 minutes to Honor Oak Park, so ideal for hopping into central London or escaping to the countryside.

About the house:
The home has been recently done up to a high spec – think modern, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. There’s a sunny garden with a BBQ, perfect for summer hangouts and the occasional wine-fuelled dinner partys.

You’ll have a bright double room, and it’s up to you how furnished (or unfurnished) you’d like it. There’s extra storage throughout the house, so happy to chat about what you need.

About me:
I’m sociable and creative, and love a balance of chill evenings, hosting friends, keeping active, and planning my next adventure abroad. I’ve poured a lot of love into making this house feel like a home, so I’m hoping to find someone who’ll appreciate it and bring their own energy too.

Important note: You must love cats — I live with a gorgeous grey feline who rules the roost and expects occasional compliments.

Looking for someone easygoing, tidy, and ideally with a similar vibe – into dinner parties, fitness, travelling, and making the most of London life. Hoping the individual is 30+ and works full time.
