Double bedroom and office ideal for a couple

We are looking for a couple to take a double bedroom and small office room in our Brockley house, after the current couple moves out at the end of the month. You would be living with another couple (me and my partner) and a fifth housemate, we've all lived here for the last couple of years or so and we're all in our 30s. Really nice garden and communal areas and it's a great location, about two minutes away from Brockley station. Rent is £1040 for both rooms so £520 per person. Council tax is band D.

I work full time out of the house and my partner works from about half the time. We also rent a bedroom and office between us (the house is quite a unique setup in this way) so home working doesn't spill out into communal areas. (Our plan is to move into the much bigger downstairs "office" which is a bigger chunk of the rent but if you wanted to pay more and have more space we'd be open to changing the setup!)

We're also open to a single person taking both rooms if you wanted to do this but understand that it makes it a lot less affordable.
