Hello!

The room is a spacious double unfurnished bedroom with a large double wardrobe and ensuite and access to a shared office. There is great light throughout the flat, and in this room particularly - which gives you a lovely view over Brockley from either of the two windows !

The flat is very quiet and clean. There is a shared living and kitchen area, which is also very spacious with washing machine and dishwasher. All communal living areas are fully furnished with table, chairs, sofa and television. There is also a large attic storage space for you to use freely which is accessed through the room advertised. Alongside your ensuite, there is 2 more bathrooms, one communal.

We are two friends who have lived together for 6 years and have been living in this flat already since October. We are both full-time working; one of us largely from home (twice per week in the office).

We are both in long-term relationships and quite homebodiesque heh!! We love to cook, and watch telly but also go for exhibitions, long walks and evening trips to the pub! During the week we will often be having cosy nights in rather than nights out.

We are both queer with left-wing views, and enjoy spending time with likeminded people, particularly at home.

There is secure space for a bike if needed.

Closest bustop 1 minute away.

We are in council tax band C, bills not included.
