WEEKDAYS ONLY. We're proud to offer a spacious, stylish double room situated on the ground floor of a large Victorian-style terrace house, just an eight-minute walk from Brockley station (zone 2, south-east London) and 10 minutes from New Cross Gate station.
3 nights per week: £550 (incl. bills)
4 nights per week: £650 (incl. bills)
You also have exclusive access to an adjoining modern bathroom (with its own shower). The room is quiet, newly refurbished and has direct access to the rear garden/terrace area. You would have access to the communal kitchen/dining room area on the ground floor.
We are a busy professional couple with two school-age children. However, we tend to retire upstairs from about 8.30 pm.
