Stunning double room w/ en-suite & roof terrace

Lovely large room at the top of the house which has its own en suite and large roof terrace with sliding doors that let in lots of light. The house has plenty of space, set on three floors, with a great kitchen that has all the amenities you need. We also have a small garden which is a real sun trap, perfect for BBQs or just relaxing outside. The house is set on a very quiet street about 7 minutes walk to Brockley station or 15 minutes to Crofton Park.

You would be sharing with me and my sister as our friend is sadly moving in with her boyfriend. We both work in hospitality as restaurant managers and enjoy cooking, discovering new restaurants, going to exhibitions and working out.

We are looking for someone friendly and considerate who appreciates living in a relaxed, clean and respectful house. Ideally we would prefer someone who, like us doesn’t work from home but it’s not a deal breaker.
