Huge Beautiful Brockley Loft Room

We're looking for an easy-going housemate to join our beautiful Brockley house.

Brockley station is served by the Overground and Southern services to Victoria and London Bridge, and is a 5-7 min walk away.

We have a huge, lovely garden and deck, and the house is recently tastefully renovated. We like to look after it and keep it looking homely. It's *really* important to us to find someone who also enjoys living in a clean environment and takes initiative to keep things nice; please don't kid yaself if that's not really you <3

The house has a large shared living room where we hang out, and an open-plan kitchen-diner. Sometimes we cook for each other and go out, but there's no pressure, and we also do our own thing.

Preferably looking for someone who doesn't work from home more than a couple of days a week and has similar interests: music, films, ceramics, nature and animals. Shauna and I work full-time in diplomacy and production; it would be awesome if you're also in the creative industries or have an interest in politics, but it's not a dealbreaker!

We don't throw ragers at the house, and like it to be a bit of a retreat as we all work full-time. That being said, we love a BBQ and going out, throwing dinners for friends, just in good measure.

Your room is massive, with tonnes of built-in storage, and it also houses the shared attic space. It has a Velux window in the bedroom and a full-height landing with a large window overlooking the back garden. In-built storage is included, and there's also a bed, mirror and, now, an armchair in the landing space that could stay should you wish. The other bits won't be.

Please tell us a little about yourself and your proposed move-in date. The room is available from 27th July, and we'd like to have someone sign the new tenancy agreement from that date, where possible.
