* We live in a mews so it is pin drop silent, while being 5 mins walk from Brockley station. Really quiet street, close to green spaces and local cafes.
We have a small but really cute garden with a lot of privacy. Can do work out there and we have a small table and chairs.

* 5 minutes to Brockley Station, Zone 2
* Easy links to central London, London Bridge, East london: Shoreditch, Hackney etc.
