Hello! Looking for another (preferably female, but male considered) professional housemate to share a stylish modern apartment, right next to Brockley Station.
The available bedroom is a generous sized double (would fit a King Size Bed if desired) with its own, modern, private bathroom.
It's not ensuite, but you will have the bigger bathroom with both a bath and shower.. Available unfurnished or furnished. You are welcome to make it your own.
The apartment has a a large living/dining room/kitchen with beautiful natural light and private balcony, benefitting from all mod cons and plenty of cupboards/fridge/freezer space.
There is no parking available in the building, but there is free street parking in the nearby surrounding area.
Great transport links - tube / overground station literally on the doorstep, 12 mins from London Bridge.
Rent includes ALL bills inc council tax. I live with the lady who owns the flat currently at her other property in Devon, and she's awesome :) so no potential landlord issues...!
I'm moving in myself on the 21st September 2025. The room is available from 28th September. Hence why the flat is a little bare in the pictures. It will be nice and homely in short order :)
Looking for a 'no dramas' housemate who appreciates the value of having a lovely space to come home to and relax. There will only be two of us - I'm 35, professional, and will be working as a Pupil Barrister from October. My work is quite intense as I'll be in court a lot, and I like home to be a bit of a sanctuary. Whilst I am sociable and love to relax with a glass of wine / have meals together, the flat will not be a party house.
Female preferred. But generally speaking if you're respectful, clean and professional, regardless of gender, I am not overly fussed.
Work, personal reference and deposit required.
Short term lets considered but longer term preferred.
No couples/No kids.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. Pets will be considered. Dogs considered a huge plus point :) particularly small, shih-tzu type dogs (the dream!)
