Tenants wanted for our gorgeous student house!

We are 4 friendly art students looking for new tenants to fill up our student house! With an idyllic location, the cutest back garden and 4 storeys of Victorian realness, we are completely in love with this property. However, with it being so close to the start of uni we’re struggling to round up friends to fill the last three rooms. The landlord has the place on hold for us as she trusts we can find some lovely people to share with us. Looking for fun loving creatives who like the pre going out kiki, going to the pub and chill movie nights in. You have to be a student and willing to sign on to a 12 month lease however.
