I am sadly moving out of this beautiful house and am looking for a replacement.
Gabriel and Corinna are the current tenants and are very lovely. Both early thirties, creative professionals.
The room is a modest bright south facing double looking towards the garden. The house itself has loads of storage space, a garden with shed for bikes, a generous kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It has been kept in nice order and we expect the new tenant to be considerate / tidy etc.
The bed is up for grabs but the rest of the furniture is coming with me.
Rent £700
Deposit £846
Bills circa including internet £160
You will be taking over my name on the lease which renews August 2026.
The first day of rent is 8 October. There may be some flexibility to move in a few days before however the first day of rent isn’t moveable.
