I am sadly moving on from this great house and looking for my replacement.

The double room offers plenty of storage with fitted wardrobes and overlooks the west facing garden at the back.

The house lies in a peaceful no-through road with shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden/patio out the back which is great for summer bbqs! It is only a minutes walk to Brockley overground as well as the local coffee shops the area has to offer.

The current tenant is a relaxed and friendly 32 yr old male, creative professional.

You will be taking over my name on the tenancy which renews in September 2026 and the rent is due on 8th of each month.
