My 2 housemates and I are looking to fill the fourth bedroom in our lovely home in Brockley. We have lived here for 2 years and would love to stay in the house, but sadly one our housemates is moving in with family. Our living room is quite large, there are 2 bathrooms, we have a lot of communal storage space (cupboards and a decently sized conservatory) and a garden.

You would be sharing with me, Seb and Rachael. We're all in our mid to late twenties and love to cook and hang out and watch tv, but we also all have very busy schedules so can be out of the house quite a lot. I work for a mental health charity and am a textile artist, Seb works at a cafe and is a musician and Rachael works in film and education

We'll occasionally have friends or partners over so we don't mind having people around, but we're definitely not a party or afters house.
