The house I am living in has just been sold and am looking for someone to fill my end of tenancy as I have found a new place to live.
Dates are 27th September - 13th November

- space to store underbed and shelves and chest of drawers for clothes
- Lots of floor space
The house:
- 4 bedroom house on a quiet road
- Dishwasher/dryer/washing machine
- One communal bathroom
- Communal kitchen and sitting room
- Beautiful bright garden
- Space to leave a bike inside
- Free on street parking
Living with 3 lovely professional guys in their late 20's. A very friendly, peaceful vibe in the house.
Happy to hang out and watch tv, also happy if you prefer to spend time solo.
Price:
£890 per month
The whole duration of 26th Sept - 13th Nov will be £1335
Bills for whole duration of stay are around £250
The area:
Honor Oak Park 10/15 mins walk, Windrush Line gets you to Highbury Islington in 30 mins
Crofton Park 8/10 mins walk, NR gets you to Kings X in 30 mins.
Can't recommend the area enough!
It's really peaceful and calm with so many local green spaces and beautiful cafes
(Blythe Hill 2 mins walk, Ladywell Fields 5 min walk, Hilly Fields 15 min walk)
