Cosy, creative house share in between Brockley and Honor Oak. Living with 2 girls and one guy. All queer / have creative practices.

Me (27) work at Tate and am an artist. Self publish zines, collect gogos, n like gym/tennis.

Lily (25) starting a phd in October, v good at cooking, has a niche interest in British folklore, knits and dyes her own clothing.

Josh (27) is an artist about to start at Royal Academy to do Ma Fine Art. Enjoys running, Madonna, excellent pop music, going to exhibitions.

We all get along really nicely, chat after work, watch telly together, go for the occasional coffee or walk to Hillyfields. Since living together we have become close friends. We’re all on different schedules so we’re out the house a lot too.

This is a super respectful/ clean/ quiet living space that offers cosy & safe respite. Our house is in great nic generally and any issues are swiftly seen to by the landlord.

Our house is 2minutes from shops and Crofton Park station. It takes 20min to get into Blackfriars which is really handy. 10min walk to Honor Oak overground. 171 & 172 bus routes stop at the top of our road with easy access to New Cross, Deptford and Peckham.

Lots of green space around with Ladywell Fields, Hillyfields, Blythe Hill & One Tree Hill all in walking distance. Nearest big supermarkets are in Lewisham and Catford, both 15min on bus.

The small double room is furnished and has alot of storage space. Although the room is small you’d be joining a really nice share- the best I’ve had in London!

We’re looking for somebody to slot in who preferably is creative, clean!! and looking for a peaceful, quiet and friendly place to stay. There will be reference checks from the agency before moving in.
