Room available in 4 bed home in SE London!

Heyy! We are looking for someone to join us in our 4 bedroom house in Brockley, only a 5 minute walk from the overground.

Who you’ll be living with:
We’re 3 girls aged 23-27 & our sweet cat, Gizmo. Bronte is a social worker, Kathryn works for a science charity and Ally is a graphic designer. Two of us work from home a couple of times a week. We’re all good friends and enjoy spending time together. We love going out to the pub together, watching films, heading to a car boot, cooking or just chilling in the living room. We also value and respect alone time when needed! We’re not a party house but we do love to throw the occasional party.

Who we are looking for:
Preferably a woman/femme presenting person! We are ideally looking for someone who wants to be part of a home rather than just a house share. We all value a clean space and have a weekly cleaning roster so we are looking for someone who is happy to contribute to this and will look after the space with us. Ideally a working professional who’s happy to keep things a bit more chill during the week. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.

The room/location:
A 4 bedroom house with a garden just a 5 min walk to the overground. Good bus connections close by as well. We’re a 10 minute walk to Telegraph Hill and a 15 minute walk to Hilly fields so lots of green spaces close by. We have a cozy seperate lounge room and a combined kitchen/dining area. The room is semi furnished, including a bed frame, mattress and wardrobes. The room is £800 pcm plus bills and is available from 1st November. You’ll need to sign onto our contract and which has 7 months left with the possibility of resigning for another year!
