Hi everyone!! My flatmate and I are looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in our flat (No Guarantor needed)

We both have busy lives but would loveeee someone who’s down for fun and chilling together but respects our space and is willing to contribute to responsibilities of the flat <3

3 bed 1 bath split across 2 levels
Transport: Two Bus stops a 5 min walk away (171, 172, & 484) / 5 min walk to Brockley overground station
Move in: October 21st // 11 month tenancy
Accessibility: flat is on the top floor, up 3 sets of stairs
Bedroom comes furnished with double bed & spacious wardrobe
Student friendly, no guarantor needed but references necessary!
Street parking available
Smoker friendly! (outdoors only pls)
Communal garden available for use as well xx
