Cosy Brockley Double with Garden

We're looking for an easy-going housemate to join our beautiful Brockley house.

Brockley station is serviced by the Overground and Southern services to Victoria and London Bridge, and is a 5-7 min walk.

We have a huge, lovely garden and patio, and the house has been recently tastefully renovated. We like to look after it and keep it looking homely, with everyone expected to do their bit in keeping it clean and tidy.

The house has a large shared living room and an open-plan kitchen-diner. Sometimes we cook for each other and go on nights out, but we also like to do our own thing.

Preferably looking for someone who doesn't work from home the whole time and has similar interests: music, films, tv, nature and animals. I work in film and Scotty works in education - would be awesome if you're in the creative industries or pedagogy but def not a dealbreaker!

We don't throw ragers at the house, and like it to be a bit of a retreat as Scotty and I (current housemates) work full-time. That being said, we love a summer BBQ and going out, throwing dinners for friends, just in moderation and mostly out of the house.

Your room is a cosy double with a beautiful big sash window looking out onto the garden. It's the smallest of the bedrooms, but there is also a shared (small) attic space. The bed is included as well as the bedside table, but the dresser will be going with our current housemate.
