Looking for a 🌷lovely🌷 flatmate to move in!!

Hi everyone my lovely flatmate who I met on here 2 and a half years ago is very sadly moving out to go live in Australia! We have had the best time living together so looking for someone just as fab to fill her space💗 (flat is a 2 bed so you’ll be living with me)

A bit about me:

I’m 25 an Interior Designer working in a design studio in Farringdon💗 I WFH 1-2 days a week. You are very welcome to do so also! I moved to London around 3 and a half years ago and I’ve loved being here so much. Have an amazing circle of creative, wonderful friends and family around me. I know how stressful finding a spare room can be, as I’ve gone through the whole process myself - I would love to give the room to someone who will appreciate having a zen space just as much as me. I practice yoga / meditation, I’m a big creative and write a lot of poetry and music, there’s a piano and several guitars in the flat. Love drinking tea, cooking, chatting, dancing, indulging in solitude, also started knitting as of late and (If you’re a Deborah levy fan that’s an even bigger bonus.) I’ve furnished the flat myself and I have a really lovely relationship with the landlord, they’ve allowed me to paint and decorate it. I value it as a lovely home that is a really supportive / kind environment - someone that appreciates it in all its wonders is a must! + loves to keep things clean and fresh. Myself and my previous flatmate treated it as a total sanctuary and place to restore after work and on weekends! I love cooking and baking, me and my previous flatmate loved to cook for each other at times, particularly if one of us had a long day in the office and host dinner parties (the garden in the summer is the BEST for this)

Your room💫: lovely and spacious, with a fireplace, overlooking the garden, so it’s lovely and quiet. Previous flatmate is leaving her furniture so room is fully furnished, but we can get rid of anything you don’t want!

The flat has a large garden which is the DREAM, full of fruit trees we pick from in the summer, flat also has a bath (very essential after a long day at work) T. V for movie nights, and binge watching a series, an external stairwell which is the best for a cuppa in the morning or moon watching at night + a beautiful large shared garden with a BBQ / ping pong table and lots of friendly parakeets. Our neighbours are beyond lovely. Summers are the best here!

Transport:

- 8 min walk to Brockley station
You can get to London Bridge in 10 mins on the overland train, then there is the overground, 20 mins to shoreditch (it takes me about 25 mins to get to Farringdon on the overground and then the Elizabeth line!)

- 15 min walk to Crofton Park station with trains to blackfriars etc.

Viewings: I am currently recovering from a medical procedure up at my parents in Scotland🗻 so my very lush family and friends are going to do in person viewings and I’ll join on FaceTime to meet you all! We are looking to organise these for next weekend potentially (just as a heads up) - I’ll message you back with potential dates / times.

I know from last time I got an influx of messages, I will most likely take a few days to get back to you to organise and arrange viewings. I’m not ignoring you promise💫 and will come back to everyone as soon as I can, to help the process if you could send me some info about yourself would be BRILL💗 from going through the whole flat hunting process myself a few years ago, I really understand the stress of it all! - it can be chaos out there, so wishing to make this process as easy and as positive for everyone as possible, the most important thing is finding the right fit for the flat!🌷
