Bright double bedroom available in a house share on Tyrwhitt Road. Super friendly housemates who love to have chill nights in drinking wine and playing scrabble/watching a movie or going to pubs and gigs. Two floor flat with 3 bedrooms and a toilet on the upper floor and all shared spaces, a bathroom and this bedroom on the lower floor.

The room has high ceilings, a lovely view and gets the sunset. Bed and wardrobe provided by landlord and I’m happy to leave the chest of drawers if needed by the new tenant.

Private garden for the house down an alley at the side of the house with a locked gate. Downstairs neighbour is lovely with a few kitties. Looking for someone who can slot into the house easily, has their own stuff going on but would be happy to grab a drink or chill with the house!

The current house is cosy and we want it to feel like a home so someone that wants that too is perfect!
