Hello,
I’m looking for someone to take my place in this Brockley (Lewisham) houseshare. Please read the details below:

ABOUT THE ROOM:
- Double bed
- Single occupancy
- 2.25m x 2.65m
- Bright and airy, facing the garden and a small park behind the house
- You can see the moon from the bed, so nice!
- Perfect view of the the neighbour’s cat playing in the trees
- All the furniture stays, except the mirrors and bedside table
- Pretty peaceful, no noise coming from the street

THE HOUSE AND LOCATION:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Living room with TV
- 1 bathroom
- Bills paid separately, around £150 per person per month (internet, water, electricity, cleaning, council tax, gas, TV license)
- Basement and extra storage space under the staircase, if you need
- Cleaner once a week for the common areas
- Large garden, great for barbecues and to store bikes
- Lovely neighbours with whom we’ve always had a great relationship
- 15 min walk to a huge Sainsbury’s, 10 to a big Asda, less than 5 to a local Sainsbury’s and a local Tesco, and a convenient 24/7 Costcutter just around the corner
- 10-minute walk to New Cross station and Brockley station, plus lots of bus lines, including the new BL1 to Waterloo
- Only a few bus stops to Lewisham station and Lewisham Shopping Centre

HOUSEMATES:
You’ll be sharing the house with other three lovely professionals in their early/mid 30s (two males and one female; one of them vegan).

The atmosphere is social, relaxed, and friendly. This is not a party house, but it will be the place for you if you enjoy sharing a meal and watching a movie together every now and then.

Their interests include movies, cooking, cycling, bouldering, books, hiking, comedy, and you might as well find in them great company for one of those things.

CONTRACT AND AVAILABILITY:
You’ll be taking my place the 12-month contract. If you decide to move out earlier for whatever reason, you can find a replacement, like I am doing now.

We managed to negotiate fairly low prices over the years, as the landlord knows and trusts us well.

The room can be available as soon as the 23rd November.
