Bright double room in friendly flatshare

We’re looking for a new flatmate for our modern 3 bed in St John’s. The room is available now. The flat has a spacious living room with a big L shaped sofa, two skylights, a back patio, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large kitchen diner.

A bit about us: we’re two friends from Nottingham, both early 30s professionals. I work for a housing association and produce music on the side, and the other housemate is an AV programmer who travels a lot for work. We’re both into sports and have a chilled, friendly atmosphere at home. We catch up when we cross paths and occasionally go for a pint, tennis or bowling, but we’re not a party house.

We’re hoping to find a like minded professional who’s friendly, clean and considerate, and who’s after a relaxed, easy going place to live.

The location is brilliant. St John’s station, which is a 5 minute walk, gets you to London Bridge in under 10 minutes, with the Overground, DLR and loads of buses nearby. There’s a lime bike docking bay right outside too.

There’s plenty to do locally: a park with tennis courts and a great city view just up the road, quirky bars and cafes in Deptford/New Cross, and excellent Sri Lankan and Greek restaurants nearby. Lewisham shopping centre and several supermarkets are all within walking distance.

Rent is £1015pcm (excluding bills), deposit £1077. We also have a cleaner who comes once a month for the communal areas, that's included in the rent.
