Literally 2 minutes walk to Brockley overground so east and central London only 30-45 mins away. Lots of nice shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and parks within walking distance.

There’s a good social vibe in the house, but equally it’s not a party house – everyone is respectful of noise and keeping the house feeling clean and chill for everyone. Most of us have been friends for years so we often socialise together but also happy for you to do your own thing equally!
