The room is available from 15th December. Preference will be given to someone who can move in by then.

The flat has a large living room (with plenty of room for a desk), one bathroom and a separate toilet room, a kitchen (with a dishwasher), a small balcony and a large shared communal patio/garden. It is a large flat, with the room on the second floor. It also gets plenty of sunlight. The room comes with a large closet and small set of drawers. Optional furniture: bed (£100), mattress (£25).

You’d be sharing the flat with Jake (26) and Harmeet (29). Harmeet is an artist and Jake is a carpenter. Both are friendly and kind but equally enjoy their private time. They would be looking for someone easygoing, tidy and considerate in their late twenties or early thirties. Unfortunately no students or couples.

The rent is £675pcm plus bills (around £125) and a £635 deposit. There is a £50 fee to go through referencing.

You’d be replacing me in the current lease, which ends 22nd August and has the option to be renewed.
