2 rooms available in friendly Brockley house

We're looking for two new cat-friendly housemates aged 30s-40s to join our five-bedroom home end of Dec/Early Jan.

A couple is sadly moving out, so we’re hoping to fill both of their rooms. Exact moving dates are fairly flexible. Both technically unfurnished, but come with the basics and we have a mattress going spare for anyone who needs.

Room 1 : £830/month
A spa-like double on the first floor with an ensuite and the most incredible sunken bath. The bed sits between two wardrobes, and there’s a shelving unit included too.

Room 2 : £680/month
A smaller but bright double on the second floor up, with a window looking out across Brockley. It comes with a floor-to-ceiling square shelving unit (very cool!). You'd be sharing a bathroom/shower with Natalie and Giorgia on the floor below.

Bills are roughly £100/month, and we have a cleaner who visits once a month (£12 each).

A bit about the house:
A quirky five-bed Victorian house with three floors, a big garden, lots of character, like a letterbox flush :)

We’re five minutes from Brockley station (Overground + National Rail) and all the handy things you need on the high street. We've got a local pub, the Wickham Arms, down the road. Hilly Fields is a 10-minute walk away, Telegraph Hill about 15, and Nunhead Cemetery around 20. Plenty of buses too.

About us:
You’ll be living with Giorgia (Italian, PhD student), Natalie (Scottish, illustrator who also works in hospitality), Iain (English, musician/librarian), and Shakira, our gorgeous resident tabby owned by Giorgia.

We’ve all got our own schedules, but we like to hang out too - watching Severance/Twin Peaks/reality trash on the projector, the odd shared dinner, a BBQ when the weather is nice, and the occasional party. We get on well with our neighbours and landlord, and we tend to stay friends with former housemates. It’s definitely a little community here, not just a house-share :)
