Looking for a housemate for lovely south-east London houseshare!

1 double room going in homely three-floor Brockley townhouse with spacious kitchen, large living room, two bathrooms and a wc & garden! The room is on the top floor by itself, it’s a bit on the smaller side but can fit and part-furnished. There is a bed with mattress already, chest of draws and clothes rail but that’s it so you’d need a few bits! There is a spare room next to the room and a basement so plenty of space for storage.

Available from 1st January (but I will be moving out before Christmas so you would be able to move your stuff before then provided you pass referencing)

Rent is £710 excluding bills

Vibes: The house has been going for several years in various iterations and we like to make it a bit communal: some collective shopping & cooking, movie nights, the odd party. We try to put in effort to make it a home!

You’d be living with Angus 29 who works in leftwing political organising and Fizz also 29 who is a music therapist. Angus and Fizz are both v lovely and chill, like hoeme to be nice calm space but enjoy occasional house night out! And another new housemate who is moving in in January Jess, Fizz's friend who is a harpist.
