Double bedroom available to rent in comfortable 2 bed flat in large Victorian house in Brockley SE4. 5 minutes walk to Brockley station for overground to Central London and Windrush Line. £800 a month including bills.
You will be sharing with me - I work as a Learning & Development Officer for Financial Services company in the City. I work 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home (normally a Tuesday and Friday) and I have a desk in my room. We would share a light and airy open plan kitchen/sitting room and a modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The room can either come furnished or unfurnished. It has a bright sunny outlook onto the neighbour’s garden.
I'm looking for a male roommate, someone who has a similar-ish lifestyle to me: not a massive party animal, but someone sociable and friendly. Ideally you'll be looking to stay between 5 to 7 months
