Mid size Room in Beautiful Brockley

Hi folks, mid size room going in the beautiful Brockley. You’ll be sharing with 4 others, aged 24-28. Ideally looking for a guy over 26 to keep the balance in the house. Price is £800 without bills, and we also contribute to general house things like cleaning stuff (there’s a refill shop in Nunhead).

I’ve been here for 3 years now so it’s very much a home for me, and should be for you moving in. It’s a 2 year tenancy, you’ll be joining after 4 months, so it’s important you also look after the house, change lightbulbs etc (surprising how many people don’t know how to do this).

It’s pretty chilled in the house, we tend to do our own things but hang out in the evenings at home. Would absolutely love to bring back cooking and eating together so if that’s your thing then brill.

The house is a 2 min walk to Brockley overground and right round the corner from a Sainsbury’s and Co-Op. I’ve lived in a few houses in London and can confidently say this is the best I’ve been in! Oh and we also have a great garden.
