Short stay (1-3 months) in flat with garden studio

Hello!

I room is available for a short period in my flat in Brockley. It can be available for 1 -3 months

**About the flat**

It’s a ground-floor flat in a terrace, full of character. There’s a large living room with high ceilings and loads of natural light, plus a separate kitchen (small but with good storage and appliances including a dishwasher and washer-dryer).

The available bedroom is a good size, with double bed, and direct access to the garden.

We also have summer house / garden studio at the back of the garden. It’s basically an extra living room (plenty of space for a desk and sofa) and would be perfect for working from home, creative projects.

**The location**

Brockley & Nunhead are lovely areas, quiet and green, but very close to Peckham and Deptford etc. Telegraph Hill is just round the corner- one of London’s most underrated parks, with views across the city and a great cafe!

The flat is within walking distance of multiple train/overground and bus stations, so getting around is easy to get into central London.

**About me**

I’m Luke, 30, and I work in climate policy. I’m laid-back and sociable, into outdoorsy things, live music, reading, and pub trips.

**Rent**

Rent: £1,115pcm including bills. Bills are about £160pcm.

Move in date: The room is available anytime from 13th March for 1-3 months (some flexibility)
