Big Double Bedroom in 2 Bed Flat

Big double room available in a 2 bed flat in Brockley.

I’ve lived here for 4 years now, the landlord is great and neighbours are all really quiet & friendly.

Second Floor Flat with no lift so worth bearing in mind if you have access needs.

Big thing to mention is that I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier that I adopted a little over a year ago. He’s very friendly and he’s very relaxed in the home but can get overexcited if there’s too many people coming and going. So need a future housemate to be quite comfortable with a lively dog and be careful about doors/leaving food out etc.

I work from home half the time (half days) and have an occasional dog sitter.

In terms of a potential housemate, I’m used to living with friends so would like a friendly atmosphere but also happy to leave you to it.

Room comes with a desk, wardrobe and shelves but needs a bed unfortunately!
