Long term housemate in Brockley

Looking for a new housemate in our gorgeous Brockley pad 🤍 Move in date is around Feb 7th but this is tbc. We’re gonna hold viewings at the start of Jan.

We’re looking for a guy sorry girlies🥲

The room is £800 a month plus bills, which usually come to a little over £100 a month. Will be furnished with just double bed and wardrobe. Also there actually is a deposit of £1009 but was having difficulty putting this on the ad for some reason.

It’s a beautiful house with living room, dining room, kitchen, garden, and a claw foot bath! 2 bathrooms but one is an en-suite for the couples room. Wildly convenient location with 5 min walk to Brockley station (windrush line), about 15 min walk to Nunhead or Crofton Park (thameslink and southeastern rail). Also many shops, cafes and pubs very nearby.

The rest of the housemates are:

Maddy (me!) - 26 yrs old, studying an MA in Directing and Teaching Movement. I teach aerial circus classes and work in the local bookshop. I love walks in forests, a good book and dancing my socks off.

Ben - 28 yrs old, a gardener and recently finished Landscape Design course. Lover of cooking, nature and good tunes.

Liv - 28 yrs old, works in sustainability for a food company. Loves reading, knitting and long walks.
Ben and Liv are a couple and share the room with the en-suite.

Esther - 24 yrs old, an English teacher. Loves singing, art, live music and saunas.

There is a possibility you wouldn’t be on the lease when you first move in but this can be discussed if that’s an issue. Would love to hear from you, thanks so much! Xxx
