My partner and I have lived in this flat for nearly 5 years and we have loved living here but we are sadly moving out. Because of that are looking for someone (ideally a couple) to move in and start a new tenancy with our flatmate Holly.
It is a great flat with high ceilings and big windows. There is direct access to a big garden from the kitchen. The available bedroom is a great sized room which is big enough for a double bed, big wardrobe and desk if you work from home. It has recently been fitted with a new double glazed window which is great!
The whole flat is unfurnished and my partner and I provided a lot of the living room furniture. That means there will be lots of space if you have furniture you want to bring things for the living room.
Bills are around £100 per person. It is council tax band D.
As we have lived as a couple along with Holly splitting the rent and bills 3 ways this is what we are looking to recreate going forwards. So a couple happy to share rent this way would be the best fit!
This will be a new joint tenancy with the private landlord. All applicants will have to go through referencing with him to be approved. Because of that there are some tenant criteria he has specified.
