Subletting my big room placed in Brockley , as I need to handle business overseas shortterm .

It is super easy to get around and to get in central as well ! The one that’s been subletting is moving in with his girlfriend, so its free untill end of September

You will only share with one other person, who is super calm and friendly . Shared bathroom and shared kitchen . There isn’t a living room, only a hallway outside your room .

Council tax is £68
The electricity is a top-up device, so you add it on for your usage.
If you want to join the WiFi, you will have to split the bill with the current flatmate.

I need someone to move in asap in July . Only schedule viewings if seriously interested - thank you !
