I’m sadly moving out of my gorgeous ensuite room in our lovely SE4 home and looking for someone to take over!

The room is a large double with its own private bathroom (such a dream) and it’s honestly been the cosiest space to come home to.

We’re just over a 5-minute walk to Crofton Park station (about 20 minutes into the city) and around 15 minutes from Brockley and Honor Oak Park, so it’s super easy for commuting and getting around.

You’d be living with two gals in their late 20s. Alicia (27) works in comms and splits her week between home and the office, and Sophie (28) works in music festivals. It’s a really nice balance in the house - we enjoy the pub, wine nights, and good chats in the kitchen, but also really respect each other’s space.

The house itself is spacious and bright, with:
- Two bathrooms (including your private ensuite)
- A huge, comfy living area
- An outside deck and garden (so gorgeous in the summer!)
- Free on-street parking if you have a car

Rent is £940 per month, with bills roughly £100 on top. The deposit is £962.93.
