You will be sharing with 2 nice guys in their late 20s, I wouldn’t say it is a super sociable flat because everyone has their own busy schedules, you don’t see each other much. But here conversation and mutual understanding is key, so it is easy to settle, and comfortable to communicate.
Btw there is also a communal garden here at the back.
Rent is super cheap £675+bills around £80-£100.
I have to move out because I am moving to another country. I haven’t book my ticket yet but ideally moving in at 17th ish Feb
